I am in the stage of life where I would like to improve my self, upskill, find purpose, work, focus on health, practise sprituality, meditate, invest and spend quality time with the family. While all of these are important , I am finding difficult to prioritise as all of these becomes some time overwhelming.
A simple headache or a issue triggers unnecessary anxiety. Kids fighting and play creates so much noise. Always on TV , loud sound and screen time bothers me. I look forward for a quality sound sleep that can give enough rest and help to recharge , energize and rejuvenate to face the world.
